What is the return policy?
If we’ve made a mistake with your order, or if there is a manufacturing or quality issue with your product, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase.
We will need an email from you quoting the order number and details, along with an explanation of the issue and images from your cell phone to confirm this.

Are any purchases final sale?
Because each of our products are made specifically to order, all sales are final unless there is a quality issue or we have made a mistake with your order, as explained in the FAQ ‘What is the return policy?’
For this reason, please carefully check the size guide for garments which is available in both inches and centimetres – and can be found on all product pages
When will I get my order?
To care for the environment, All Rooey products are custom-made to your exact requirements upon your ordering. You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days if you are located within a country or region where we have a production facility – which includes the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia. Expect delivery to take a little longer if you live outside one of these locations.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
